Nesta cobertura, havia muito desgaste, com degrada\u00e7\u00e3o e alto \u00edndice de fissura\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o nas bordas das juntas comprometendo a prote\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de isolamento t\u00e9rmico e a impermeabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>\nA solu\u00e7\u00e3o pariu da necessidade de que a argamassa tivesse alto desempenho e que suas propriedades permitissem absorver parte das deforma\u00e7\u00f5es, resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o e redu\u00e7\u00e3o da ocorr\u00eancia de fissura\u00e7\u00e3o para a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da impermeabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.
